消毒供应室护理风险管理的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析本院消毒供应室风险管理的相关因素及处理策略。方法选取2019年6月-2020年5月本院消毒供应室工作人员30名为研究对象,运用卡方检验和Logistic回归分析法,对消毒供应室风险管理的相关因素进行分析并提出处理策略。结果单因素分析显示,年龄、学历、职称、消毒供应室工作年限、仪器、工作人员素质、系统因素是本院消毒供应室发生风险事件的相关因素(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,工作人员素质、系统因素是本院消毒供应室发生风险事件的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论工作人员素质、系统因素是风险管理的独立相关因素,应加强护士专业能力培训,改善其工作态度,依托科学技术强化其风险防范意识,组建风险管理队伍,并健全可行的预警机制和高效的风险上报系统,提高护理人员风险管控能力,降低风险事件的发生率。Objective To analyze the risk management factors and treatment strategies of disinfection supply room in our hospital.Methods Thirty staff members of the disinfection supply room of our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as research subjects.Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the related factors of risk management in the disinfection supply room and put forward treatment strategies.Results Univariate analysis showed that age,educational background,professional title,working years,equipment,staff quality and system factors were the related factors(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the quality of staff and system factors were independent risk factors for the occurrence of risk events in the disinfection supply room of our hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion Staff quality and system factors are independent related factors of risk management.It is necessary to strengthen the training of nurses'professional ability,improve their working attitude,strengthen their risk prevention consciousness by relying on science and technology,establish a risk management team,improve feasible early warning mechanism and efficient risk reporting system,improve the risk control ability of nurses and reduce the incidence of risk events.
