基于自主动机理论的运动方案对妊娠糖尿病孕妇产后盆底功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在自主动机理论的基础上构建的运动方案对妊娠糖尿病孕妇产后盆底功能的恢复。方法便利抽取妊娠糖尿病孕妇120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例;对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予自主动机理论的运动方案,比较两组孕妇干预后运动自我效能和盆底功能障碍等指标。结果干预后,观察组的运动自我效能得分明显高于对照组,自评PFD症状得分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自主动机理论构建的运动方案能有效提高妊娠糖尿病孕妇的运动自我效能,利于其盆底功能恢复。Objective To investigate the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor function in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus by an exercise program based on the theory of autonomous motivation.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given an exercise program based on the theory of autonomous motivation.The indicators of exeroise self efficacy and pelvic floor dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the exercise self-efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the self-rated PFD symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise program constructed with the theory of autonomous motivation can effectively improve the exercise self-efficacy of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,which is beneficial to the recovery of pelvic floor function.
