互联网+服务平台模式在献血纪念品发放中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探索献血纪念品发放模式,以提升献血体验和满意度,达到吸引新献血者、保留固定献血者及不断壮大献血者队伍的目的。方法 选取2020年1月1日至12月31日北京市红十字血液中心所属采血点献血后领取“爱心卡”的献血者,将互联网+服务平台模式引入献血者纪念品发放中。献血后即可在服务平台上兑换纪念品,领取爱心服务,参加爱心活动。结果 2020年“爱心卡”领取使用平台人群以18~29岁的年轻人为主,“爱心卡”下单兑换率达到90.8%,非献血者通过参与活动转化为献血者率由7.2%增至8.6%。结论 互联网+服务平台模式下,既满足献血者对纪念品的个性化需求,同时献血者通过服务平台与血站建立了更为密切的沟通关系,提升了“首都献血”微信公众号的知名度,使无偿献血理念和知识潜移默化的得到推广和宣传,同时也让无偿献血变得生动、有趣和有温度。Objective To investigate the distribution mode of blood donation souvenirs, in order to improve blood donation experience and satisfaction, attract new blood donors, and retain fixed blood donors. Methods Blood donors who donated blood from January 1 to December 31, 2020, at blood collection points affiliated with the Beijing Red Cross Blood Center and received a "Love Card" were selected, and the Internet + service platform mode was introduced into the distribution of blood donors’ souvenirs. After donating blood, donors could exchange their satisfactory souvenirs on the service platform, and receive love services and participate in love activities. Results In 2020, young people aged 18-29 were the main recipients and users of "Love Card" platform. The exchange rate of "Love Card" reached 90.8%, and the conversion rate of non-donors to blood donors increased from 7.2%-8.6%. Conclusions Under the mode of Internet + service platform,blood donors can not only meet the personalized needs of blood donors for souvenirs, but also establish a closer communication relationship with blood stations through the service platform, thus enhancing the popularity of the public account of "Capital Blood Donation", promoting and propagating the concept and knowledge of voluntary blood donation subtly. At the same time, it also makes voluntary blood donation lively, interesting and warmly.
