摘  要:针对空间大通径锥形网格筋舱门结构复杂刚性差、精度高、加工易变形等难题,基于弹塑性变形理论推导出网格筋锥形舱门中性层位置,通过设计舱门工艺展开模型实现其近似展开。分析了薄壁弱刚性材料塑性弯曲回弹机理,基于几何特性和材料性能参数建立了回弹前后曲率半径的变化模型,提出舱门滚弯成形回弹补偿方法。研究了蠕变时效回弹量与蠕变时间、蠕变温度的变化规律,在保证舱门的尺寸精度及材料性能满足要求的条件下,选择蠕变时效最佳工艺参数补偿回弹引起的形面误差,满足设计容差要求。Aiming at the problems of complex structure,poor rigidity,high precision and easy deformation of space large diameter conical reticulated rib hatch body,the neutral layer position of reticulated rib conical hatch body is deduced based on the elastic-plastic deformation theory,and the approximate expansion of the hatch body mechanism of plastic bending of thin-walled weak rigid materials,the variation model of curvature radius before and after springback is established based on geometric characteristics and material performance parameters,and the springback compensation method of hatch body roll bending is proposed.By studying the variation law of creep aging rebound amount,creep time and creep temperature,under the condition of ensuring that the dimensional accuracy and material properties of the hatch body meet the requirements,the best process parameters of creep aging are selected to compensate the shape error caused by rebound and meet the design tolerance requirements.
