摘 要:海上油田多层段、强非均质性的典型储层特征,给以聚合物驱为主的提高采收率新开发模式带来极大的挑战,如何通过全过程动态优化注入方案,延长聚合物体系高效阶段变得尤为关键。通过长岩心并联驱替实验,考察单一段塞和组合段塞注入方式下的驱油效果,以找出影响聚合物驱高效性的关键问题。实验结果表明:非均质油藏注入聚合物体系高效性变差的机理在于同一注入体系的宏观流度控制能力对层间动态差异的适应性逐渐变弱,导致聚合物在高低渗层间分配不均衡状况加剧,注聚时间越早,注入体系黏度越大,其高效性持续时间越短,而组合段塞注入方式可以有效改善这一问题,延长注入聚合物的高效性。在分两段注入的情况下,先注入高黏体系后注入低黏体系的注入方式驱替效果更优。实验研究结果为油田聚合物驱实施全过程注入参数动态优化奠定了基础。The multi-layer and strong heterogeneity of offshore oilfield reservoirs face significant challenges to the novel polymer flooding-based EOR development mode. It’s very important to figure out how to dynamically optimize the injection scheme during the entire process,with a focus on extending the high-efficiency stage of the polymer system. The displacement effect of single slug and combination slug injection modes is investigated using parallel displacement tests on long cores to determine the key factors affecting polymer flooding efficiency.The experimental results show that the poor efficiency mechanism of the polymer injection system in the heterogeneous reservoir is that the adaptability of the same injection system’s macro fluidity control ability to dynamic differences between layers gradually weakens,resulting in uneven polymer distribution between high and low permeability layers. The earlier the injection time and the higher the viscosity of the injection system,the shorter the duration of its high efficiency is,and the combined slug injection method can effectively improve this problem and extend the high efficiency of the injected polymer. The injection approach of injecting the high-viscosity system first and then injecting the low-viscosity system has a better displacement impact in the case of a two-stage injection.The experiment results provide a foundation for dynamic injection parameter optimization throughout the polymer flooding process in oilfields.
