思维导图引导延续性护理干预对耐多药肺结核患者的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨思维导图引导延续性护理干预对耐多药肺结核患者的干预效果。方法:选取2017年7月到2021年3月期间在我院接受治疗的73例耐多药肺结核患者,依据是随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(37例)和对照组(36例)。对照组接受常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上接受思维导图引导延续性护理干预,两组干预时间均为1个月。比较干预前后两组患者的依从性、负性情绪、干预前后的自我护理能力。结果:干预后,两组患者依从性、自我护理能力评分较干预前均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组SAS评分、SDS评分较干预前均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图引导延续性护理干预能改善耐多药肺结核患者的不良情绪,提高患者的依从性,且接受干预后的患者自我护理能力较强,能够在出院后进行自我护理。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention guided by mind mapping on patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 73 MDR-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2017 to March 2021 were selected.The observation group(37 cases)and the control group(36 cases)were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received continuous nursing intervention guided by mind maps on the basis of the control group.The intervention time of both groups was 1 month.The compliance,negative emotion,self-care ability before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the scores of compliance and self-care ability of the two groups of patients were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than that before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mind map-guided continuous nursing intervention can improve the unhealthy mood of patients with multi-drug resistant tuberculosis and improve patient compliance.After the intervention,the patients have strong self-care ability and can carry out self-care after discharge.
