摘  要:从舰载机载装备的寿命期环境出发,分析了海洋气候条件下,影响装备腐蚀产生的主要因素及腐蚀机理。针对国内研究现状,对舰载机载装备的典型腐蚀现象进行了详细的分析,提出了有针对性的腐蚀防护对策,包括材料选择、防护技术和使用维护保养等,并给出了具体的实施建议。该方案合理可行,具有较高的实用性,可有效地改善舰载机载装备腐蚀现状,为相关单位开展腐蚀防护设计提供借鉴和参考。Starting from the life cycle environment of shipborne airborne equipment,the main factors affecting equipment corrosion and the corrosion mechanism are analyzed under marine climate conditions.In view of the domestic research status,a detailed analysis of the typical corrosion phenomena of shipborne airborne equipment is carried out,and targeted corrosion protection countermeasure are proposed,including material selection,protection technology,use and maintenance,ect.,and the specific implementation recommendations are given.The scheme is reasonable and feasible,and has high practicability,which can effectively improve the corrosion status of shipboard airborne equipment and provide reference for relevant units to carry out corrosion protection design.
