“放管服”改革视域下公安基层基础建设的思考

摘　　要：公安机关作为政府的重要职能部门,在“放管服”改革中要实现新突破,展现新作为,圆满完成新时代党和国家赋予的神圣职责,就必须大力加强公安基层基础建设。S省公安机关加强整体设计,相继推出基层基础建设的有力举措,在基层警务装备改善、工作机制健全、“科技强警”水平提升等方面取得显著成效。面对全面建设社会主义现代化强国的使命和任务,需要不断完善制度设计,努力夯实公安工作根基,进一步强化队伍建设,继续深化警务改革。As an important functional department of the government,public security agencies should vigorously strengthen fundamental construction in grassroots police in order to achieve new breakthroughs,make new accomplishments in the reform of“decentralization,regulation and service”,and fulfill the sacred duties entrusted by the Party and the state in the new era.The public security agencies in S province have achieved remarkable results in improving grassroots police equipment and working mechanism as well as“Strengthening Police by Science and Technology”and other aspects by promoting overall design and launching powerful measures for fundamental construction in grassroots police.Facing the mission and task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,we need to constantly improve the system design,strive to consolidate the foundation of public security work,further strengthen team building and continue to deepen police reform.
