摘　　要：金融工作的目的是给实体经济服务,在我国社会经济法发展的过程中,会存在地区经济发展不平衡的现象,再加上一些工作中的薄弱环节,通过金融工作将金融资源合理配置就显得十分必要。特别是在现阶段疫情的冲击之下,很多中小微企业正处于特别艰难的时期。创新直达实体经济的货币政策工具,可以帮助现阶段的中小微企业走出困境,也是彻底贯彻第十九届五中全会精神、在“十四五”时期强化金融支持实体经济体制机制建设的重要举措。The purpose of financial work is to serve the real economy.In the process of the development of China's social and economic law,there will be the phenomenon of unbalanced regional economic development.Coupled with some weak links in the work.So it is necessary to reasonably allocate financial resources through financial work.In particular,under the impact of the epidemic at this stage,many small,medium-sized and micro enterprises are in a particularly difficult period.Innovating monetary policy tools that directly reach the real economy can help small,medium-sized and micro enterprises out of difficulties at this stage.It is also an important measure to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and strengthen the construction of financial support system and mechanism for the real economy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
