摘  要:研究连接在正常金属电极间的耦合Majorana束缚态(MBSs)的三量子点模型的输运性质,结果表明当量子点能级固定时,反射曲线呈对称分布,Andreev反射系数始终等于交叉Andreev反射系数的2倍,不随量子点与MBS间的耦合强度、量子点间的耦合能及电极间的耦合强度的变化发生改变,充分体现了MBSs的鲁棒性。随着量子点能级的增加,反射曲线呈现明显的不对称,该不对称性由单电子遂穿导致。The transport properties of triple quantum dots model of coupled Majorana Bound States(MBSs)connected between normal metal electrodes are studied.The results show that when the energy level of QDs is fixed,the reflection curve is symmetrical,and the Andreev reflection coefficient is always equal to two times of the cross Andreev reflection coefficient.It does not change with the coupling strength between QDs and MBS,the coupling energy between QDs and the coupling strength between electrodes,which fully reflects the robustness of MBSs.With the increase of the energy level of QDs,the reflection curve shows obvious changes and the asymmetry is caused by single electron tunneling.
