摘　　要：本文设计了一种具有三陷波特性的高隔离度紧凑型超宽带(Ultra-Wideband,UWB)多输入多输出(Multiple-input Multiple-output,MIMO)天线.其尺寸为22 mm^(3)×29 mm^(3)×0.8 mm^(3),由半圆与矩形结合形成辐射单元,在其上刻蚀两条倒L型缝隙,产生WLAN(5.09 GHz~6 GHz)和X波段(7.17 GHz~7.94 GHz)两个陷波,在接地板上延伸带有弯折的寄生枝节,产生WiMAX(3.21 GHz~4.08 GHz)频段的陷波.为提升隔离度,天线接地板延伸出T型枝节,同时可拓展3 GHz~8.7 GHz工作带宽,并将天线辐射变为定向辐射.在接地板上刻蚀U型和细长矩形组成的解耦缝隙,可显著降低4.5 GHz和6.5 GHz处的耦合,实现双频解耦.实验与测试结果表明,此天线的工作带宽覆盖了3.1 GHz~10.6 GHz;在天线工作频段,隔离度均达到20 dB以上.此外,该天线还具有辐射效率高,辐射特性良好,包络相关系数低(ECC<0.005)等优良特性,可用于便携式UWB-MIMO无线通信系统.In this paper,a compact ultra-wideband(UWB)multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)antenna with high isolation and triple band-notched characteristics is designed.The proposed UWB MIMO antenna has a compact size of 22 mm^(3)×29 mm^(3)×0.8 mm^(3).The radiating element is composed of a semicircle and a rectangular patch.Two inverted L-shaped slits are etched on the patch to generate two notched bands at WLAN(5.09 GHz~6 GHz)and X-band(7.17 GHz~7.94 GHz).The strips with bent are extended from the ground to generate the notched band at WiMAX(3.21 GHz~4.08 GHz).Besides,to enhance the isolation,a T-shaped stub is extended from the ground,which can also expand the bandwidth of 3 GHz~8.7 GHz,and change the element’s radiation pattern into directional radiation.A decoupling slot composed of U-shaped slot and a long rectangular slot is etched on the ground,which can reduce the mutual coupling at 4.5 GHz and 6.5 GHz and realizes dual-frequency decoupling.The simulated and measured results show that the impedance bandwidth of the antenna covers the frequency range of 3.1 GHz to 10.6 GHz,and the isolation is more than 20 dB in the whole operating bandwidth.In addition,it has high radiating efficiency,good radiation characteristic and low envelop correlation coefficient(ECC<0.005),providing a good choice for portable UWB-MIMO wireless communication applications.
