摘  要:面对优质炼焦煤资源日趋匮乏资源性问题,优质炼焦煤资源高效利用成为重要的研究方向。综述分析了炼焦备煤工序中粒度选取的主要工艺流程及国内典型钢铁联合企业备煤工艺现状。对比分析了炼焦煤粒度与炼焦煤的黏结性、膨胀性、煤岩特性及焦炭质量间的相关性,并提出工业生产中应尽量降低煤粉过细或者过粗条件下的粒度分布,综合考虑炼焦煤粒度对炼焦煤的灰分含量、硫含量、结焦性能、煤岩分布及焦炭质量的影响规律,最终实现精准配煤与高效炼焦。In the face of the difficult problem on increasingly scarce resources of high-quality coking coal,the efficient utilization of high-quality coking coal has become an important research direction.The main process flow for selecting particle sizes of coking coal prepared for coke making and the existing state on coal preparation processes used by typical iron and steel enterprises in China were summarized.After that the correlation among particle sizes of coking coal and caking property,swelling property,coal petrographic characteristics in term of coking coal and coke quality was analyzed by comparison.Then it was proposed that the distribution of particle sizes of pulverized coal in such a way of being too fine or being too coarse should be avoided as much as possible in industrial production,and instead the influence law in terms of particle sizes of coking coal on ash content,sulfur content,coking property,coal petrographic distribution of coking coal and coke quality should be comprehensively considered so that accurate coal blending and efficient coke making could be achieved.
