摘 要:针对不锈钢无缝钢管生产中穿孔用顶头经常出现鼻部塌陷失效的问题,通过对顶头硬度、金相组织检测和能谱成分分析发现,失效的主要原因为顶头表面氧化膜脱落,导致升温变形。通过优化顶头成分设计和形状结构改进,设计开发出一种新顶头,能够提升顶头基体强度和氧化覆层的附着效果,顶头寿命显著提升,由原来的2支提升到12支。Aiming at the failure problem of its nose caving-in in terms of the plug head for hole-piercing in producing seamless stainless steel pipes,checking the hardness of the plug head and analyzing its metallurgical structures and compositions by alpha ray spectrometer were done and then it was found that the main cause leading to the failure was caused by the chipping-off of oxide films on the surface of the plug,resulting in the deformation of the plug head by heating-up.So by optimizing the design on compositions in the plug head and improving its structure,the new plug head was designed and developed,and thus the matrix strength of the plug head and the adhesion effect of the oxide films were improved.Finally the service life of the plug head was significantly improved,while hole-piercing number of steel pipes was increased from 2 to 12.
