摘  要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司煤粉系统氮气消耗指标波动增大,氮气消耗量高的问题,分析了影响氮气消耗的因素。提出采取控制系统氧量,减少充氮频次;燃烧炉冷却改用压缩空气;停煤煤枪停氮气,煤枪褪出炉膛;合理设定喷吹罐压和二次补气风量;布袋用脉冲氮气压力设定为0.25 MPa,定期检查布袋箱相关设备,降低氮气泄漏等控制措施。实施后,氮气月平均消耗量降低了7.463 m^(3)/t,全年节约氮气成本147.98万元,为高炉的生产顺行提供了坚实保障。In allusion to the problems that nitrogen consumption index increased in fluctuation and nitrogen consumption was high in terms of the pulverized coal system in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the factors affecting nitrogen consumption were analyzed.Control measures such as controlling the oxygen content of the system and reducing the frequency of nitrogen filling,cooling the combustion furnace by compressed air,stopping supplying nitrogen while the coal gun without coal and withdrawing the coal gun out of the furnace hearth,reasonably setting the pressure of an injection tank and secondary air supplying amount,setting the pressure of impulse nitrogen in the bag to be 0.25 MPa,regularly checking the related equipment in terms of the bag box,and reducing nitrogen leakage were proposed.After these measures were taken,the monthly average consumption of nitrogen was reduced by 7.463 m^(3)/t,and the annual nitrogen cost was saved by 1.4798 million yuan,which guaranteed the smooth operation of the blast furnace.
