摘 要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂针对原有LF造渣工艺由于人工操作导致结果差异性较大的问题,建立了LF造渣工艺模型,实现了生产信息的自动采集、工艺参数的自动计算、一级设备的自动执行等功能,模型使用后缩短造渣周期1 min以上,未发生因造渣不良导致的硫元素不合格等质量事故,不仅大幅度降低了劳动强度,还避免了人为操作失误,提高了生产效率。In view of the problem that the results by old slagging operation were widely different due to manual operation during LF refining in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the slagging process model for LF refining was developed and so such functions as automatic collecting of production message,automatic calculating of process parameters and automatic executing of first-class equipment were achieved.After the model was put into operation,the slagging cycle was shortened by more than 1 min,and quality accidents such as disqualification of element sulphur caused by bad slagging did not happen.Depending on the model the labor intensity was not only reduced,but also the error due to manual operation was avoided and then the production efficiency was improved.
