豫北地区阴道炎患者阴道微生态状况分析

摘　　要：目的:了解豫北地区阴道炎患者阴道微生态状况,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:选取本院2019年1月1日~12月31日确诊的阴道炎患者513例为实验组,同期健康体检者219例为对照组,于月经干净3~7天对两组受试者阴道分泌物进行阴道微生态检测及评价。结果:实验组与对照组相比唾液酸苷酶、白细胞酯酶、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶、乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶的阳性率显著升高,其阳性率分别为(32.9%&&142%,58.1%&38.8%,6.0%&23%,30.0%&19.2%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;过氧化氢的阳性率也升高(90.1%&85.86),差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;实验组阴道分泌物的PH值和清洁度异常率显著升高(90.68%&76.7%,96.3%&68.0%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;菌群密集度、菌群多样性异常率差异不明显(4.1%<4.6%,2.9%<4.6%)。结论:豫北地区阴道炎患者阴道分泌物中唾液酸苷酶、白细胞酯酶、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶的阳性率高于健康体检者,PH值和清洁度的异常率高于健康体检者。Objective:To investigate the vaginal microecology of patients with vaginitis in Northern Henan Province,and to compare the difierences between patients and healthy population.Methods:The patients with vaginitis diagnosed in our hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected as the experimental group and the healthy subjects as the control group.Vaginal discharge was collected 3~7 days after menstruation and the vaginal microecology of the two groups was detected and evaluated.Results:Compared with the control group,the positive rates of sialidase,leukocyte esterase,p—glucuronidase and Acetylglucosaminidase in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(32.9%&14.2%,58.1%&38.8%,6.0%&2.3%,30.0%&19.2%),the difierence was significant,and the positive rate of hydrogen peroxide was also increased(90.1%&85.8%),the difierence was not remarkable;The vagina of experimental group was also increased(90.1%&85.8%).The abnormal rates of pH value and cleanliness of secretions were significantly increased(90.6%&76.7%,96.3%&68.0%).There was no significant difierence in the abnormal rates of bacterial density and diversity(4.1%<4.6%,2.9%<4.6%).Con elusion:The positive rate ofsialidosida.se,leukocyte esterase and β-glucuronidase Acetylglucosaminidase in vagina secretion of vaginitis patients is higher than that ofhealthy people,and the abnonnal rate ofPH value and cleanliness is higher than that ofhealthy people.
