摘　　要：目前使用的聚合物凝胶类堵剂普遍存在强度偏低,稳定性差的问题,难于适用存有特大孔道、水窜严重的油藏调剖作业。用含有高耐温耐盐基团AMPS的HTPW-102功能聚合物和BHJ-103复合交联剂配制成1种高强度凝胶堵剂QH-305。实验室研究表明,BHJ-103复合交联剂浓度和HTPW-102功能聚合物浓度均为8000mg/L时的QH-305成胶强度达到46145mPa·s,热稳定性良好,注入性能良好。现场应用表明,QH-305能成功封堵高渗透带,让注水井在注水量为50m^(3)/d时,注水压力由调前的14.5MPa提高到调后的17MPa,实现了井组日增油3t。At present,the polymer gel plugging agent generally has the problems of low strength and poor stability,which is difficult to apply to the reservoir profile control operations with extralarge pore paths and serious water channeling.A high strength gel plugging agent QH-305was prepared with HTPW-102functional polymer containing AMPS and BHJ-103compound crosslinker,the gel strength of QH-305reached 46145mPa·s with the concentration of crosslinker and functional polymer both 8000mg·L^(-1).High strength gel plugging agent QH-305 has good thermal stability and good injection performance.Site application showed that high-strength gel plugging agent QH-305can successfully seal high permeability zone and increase water injection pressure from 14.5MPa before water injection to 17MPaafter water injection at 50m^(3)/d,and the daily oil increase of the well group was 3 tons.
