杭州市居民对生前预嘱的认知现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解杭州市居民对生前预嘱的认知、态度和意愿现状及其影响因素,为在我国推广实施生前预嘱提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法抽取杭州市12个社区共1372名居民,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行调查。结果22.7%和26.4%的居民分别对生前预嘱相关概念表示完全不了解、基本不了解,64.9%的居民表示愿意使用生前预嘱,77.8%的居民对生前预嘱作为政策推广表示支持。单因素分析结果显示,性别、年龄、学历、职业、有无子女等是影响居民生前预嘱意愿的因素(P<0.05)。结论居民对生前预嘱认知水平较低,且受到多因素影响,对生前预嘱态度较为积极,应立足传统文化、发挥政府主导作用、社会参与、点面结合进行宣传教育。Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of residents’cognition,attitude and willingness to the living will in Hangzhou,and to provide reference for promotion and implementation of living wills in our country.Methods A total of 1372 residents from 12 communities in Hangzhou were selected by convenient sampling method,and they were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire.Results There were 22.7%and 26.4%of the residents indicated that they completely or basically did not understand the concepts related to the living will respectively,64.9%of the residents expressed their willingness to use a living will,and 77.8%of the residents supported living wills as a policy promotion.The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,age,education,occupation,whether there were children,etc.were factors that affected residents’willingness to write out a living will(P<0.05).Conclusions Residents had a low level of cognition of living wills which were affected by many factors and had a positive attitude towards living wills.Based on traditional culture,we should give full play to government leadership and social participation and unfold point-to-face intergrated publicity and education.
