摘　　要：目的探讨因时护理模式对锁骨骨折患者术后功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法90例锁骨骨折患者分别接受常规护理(对照组)和因时护理模式(观察组),比较2组术后功能恢复、负性情绪、心理韧性、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果干预后8周,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,坚韧、乐观、自强评分高于对照组,生理领域、心理领域、社会领域评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组功能恢复优良率(95.56%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044)。2组并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论因时护理模式可促进锁骨骨折患者术后功能恢复,改善患者不良情绪,提高心理韧性,改善患者生活质量水平。Objective To explore the effects of time-based nursing mode on postoperative functional recovery and quality of life of patients with clavicle fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with clavicle fracture accepted routine nursing(control group)and time-based nursing mode(observation group)respectively.Postoperative functional recovery,negative emotions,psychological resilience,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results 8 weeks after intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,scores of resilience,optimism and self-improvement were higher than those of the control group,and scores of physiological,physiological and social fields were higher than those of the control group at 6 months after surgery.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of functional recovery of the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044).After 6 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The time-based nursing mode could promote postoperative functional recovery of patients with clavicle fracture,relieve bad mental emotions,improve psychological resilience and quality of life of patients.
