基于柳宗元文化活动的柳州文化与旅游联动发展体系构建探索

摘　　要：柳宗元文化是柳州历史文化中最具影响力的元素之一,其影响力和专属性凸显了柳州文化旅游的吸引力和竞争力。文章提出由四个维度共五个要素构成一个回路的基于柳宗元文化活动的柳州文化与旅游联动发展体系的构建策略,即以文化传承为工作理念、以“政府+协会+企业”协同共办为工作机制、以时间节令为顺序和以古迹景点为平台的工作流程,以及以民众参与为评价反馈,从而最大限度发挥柳州柳宗元文化“地以人传人以地”的独特优势,促进柳州旅游业的升级转型并带动其他产业共同发展。To explore the strategy of constructing the joint development system between culture and tourism industries in Liuzhou based on Liu Zongyuan's cultural activities,this paper puts forward the four-dimension andfive-element system construction strategy,including the working concept of Liu Zongyuan's cultural inheritance,and"public initial and private assistance"as the working mechanism,four seasons as the time order,scenic spots as the working platforms,and public participation as the evaluation so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the joint development of culture and tourism industries in Liuzhou,consequently promoting the development of other industries as well.
