摘  要:CO_(2)刺激响应无表面活性剂微乳液(SFME)处理油砂是一种清洁、高效、可循环的油砂处理方法。本文通过使用N,N-二甲基苄胺(BDMA)、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(DMEA)和水制备了CO_(2)刺激响应SFME。利用三相图研究了SFME的相行为,并通过测量通入CO_(2)时的p H值和电导率变化和循环前后的粒径变化验证了SFME的CO_(2)响应行为,将不同类型的SFME分别用于处理油砂,不同类型的SFME均能促进油砂中油固分离,并且剩余固体表面无表面活性剂残留导致二次污染;O/W型SFME能有效回收油,且可再次循环处理油砂。固体-SFME-油体系的接触角实验结果证明,SFME可以通过减少吉布斯自由能的变化(△G)有效地促进油固分离。CO_(2)-responsive surfactant-free microemulsion(SFME) treatment of oil sands is a clean, efficient, and recyclable method of oil sands treatment. In this paper, CO_(2)-responsive SFME was prepared by using N, N-dimethylbenzylamine(BDMA), N, N-dimethylethanolamine(DMEA), and water. The phase behavior of SFME was investigated by using the three-phase diagram, and the CO_(2)responsive of SFME was verified by measuring the pH and conductivity changes when CO_(2)has been introduced and the particle size changes before and after the cycle. Different types of SFME were used to treat oil sands separately, and different types of SFME can promote oil-solid separation in oil sands, and there is no surfactant residue on the remaining solid surface leading to secondary pollution, and the type of O/W SFME can effectively recover oil and can be recycled to treat oil sands again. The contact angle test results of the solid-SFME-oil system prove that SFME can effectively promote oil-solid separation by reducing the change of Gibbs free energy(△G).
