摘 要:海上某油田大位移定向井井斜角大,12-1/4"井眼稳斜80°,水垂比大于2.5,导致管柱摩阻和扭矩大幅度增加及井眼清洁困难;且测深超过5000 m,钻井时间长,裸眼受钻井液浸泡时间长,容易引发井下复杂事故问题。针对以上技术难点,研究出了一种适合于大位移井的油基钻井液体系,该体系具有良好的流变性、抑制性及润滑性能,能够满足大位移井钻井作业中的密度调控、ECD调控、井眼清洁及扭矩调控要求,并在实际应用中取得了良好的作业效果。The extended reach directional well in an offshore oilfield has a large inclination angle, the 12-1/4" wellbore has a steady inclination of 80°, and the water-to-sag ratio is greater than 2.5, resulting in a large increase in the friction and torque of the pipe string and difficulty in cleaning the wellbore. The sounding depth of the well exceeds 5000 m, the drilling time is long, and the open hole is soaked in drilling fluid for a long time, which is easy to cause complex downhole accidents. In view of the above technical difficulties, an oil-based drilling fluid system suitable for extended-reach wells has been developed. The rheology, inhibition and lubricating properties can meet the requirements of density control, ECD control, wellbore cleaning and torque control in extended-reach well drilling operations,and have achieved good operating results in practical applications.
