摘 要:后处理PUREX流程钚纯化循环是纯化和浓缩钚的工艺步骤,萃取设备是钚纯化工艺过程中的关键设备,其性能直接影响到后处理厂含钚料液的分离和净化效果。后处理工艺流程中,处理含有放射性料液时可以使用的萃取设备主要有:脉冲萃取柱、混合澄清槽和离心萃取器。本文比较了三种设备的性能,总结了其特征和技术成熟度,并结合钚纯化循环各步骤的萃取特点和萃取要求,分析出各步骤适宜选取的设备形式。The plutonium purification cycle in PUREX process is applied to purify and concentrate plutonium. The extraction equipment is the key equipment in the plutonium purification process, and its performance exerts directly effects on the separation and purification process of the plutonium solution in reprocessing plant. The extraction equipment that can be used to deal with the solution containing radioactive materials include: pulse extraction column, mixing clarification tank and centrifugal extractor. We co mpares the performance of three kinds of equipment, summarizes their characteristics and technical maturity. Furthermore, the appropriate equipment form for each step is also analyzed based on the extraction characteristics and extraction requirements of each step of plutonium purification cycle.
