摘 要:以透骨香叶为原料,丙酮为溶剂,采用超声波辅助对透骨香叶的化学成分进行提取,探索不同的提取温度、提取时间、料液比等因素对提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上综合多个因素进行正交优化试验,得到提取透骨香叶化学成分的最优工艺条件,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对提取物进行分析。结果表明:最优工艺条件为提取时间8 min、料液比1∶9(g/mL)、提取温度51℃,提取率为9.75%,影响顺序为提取温度>提取时间>料液比。通过与NIST谱库比对,分析鉴定出25种化学成分。丙酮做溶剂超声辅助提取透骨香叶化学成分是一种可行的提取方法。In this work, the chemical components of Gaultheria leaves were extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction using acetone as solvent. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate were explored. On the basis of single factor experiment, orthogonal optimization experiment was carried out by integrating the multiple factors to obtain the optimal process conditions for the extraction of chemical components of Gaultheria leaves. The extract was analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS). The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 8 min, solid-liquid ratio 1∶9(g/mL), extraction temperature 51 ℃, extraction rate 9.75 %, and the order was extraction temperature > extraction time > solid-liquid ratio. By comparing with NIST library, 25 chemical constituents were identified. Therefore, ultrasonic assisted extraction of Gaultheria leaves with acetone is an effective method.
