摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作的脑卒中患者早期患肢进食训练模式应用效果。方法纳入2020年5月-11月诊断为脑卒中的患者64例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上开展基于多学科协作的早期患肢进食训练。收集并比较干预4 w后两组的依从性、上肢功能、日常生活活动能力、病耻感、护理满意度、住院时间和费用等。结果观察组上肢功能及日常生活活动能力改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),康复依从性及护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病耻感得分、住院时间、医疗成本低(短)于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于多学科协作的脑卒中患者早期患肢进食训练模式可促进患者上肢功能恢复,提高患者日常活动能力,是优质康复护理服务的有益探索。Objective To explore the application effect of the early training mode on affected limbs in stroke patients.Methods Totally 64 patients with stroke admitted to hospital were randomly divided into control group(conventional rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(early training of affected limbs based on the multi-disciplinary team on the basis of control group).The compliance,upper limb function,ability of daily living,stigma,nursing satisfaction,hospital stay,and medical cost were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of intervention.Results The improvement of upper limb function and daily living activity in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the rehabilitation compliance and nursing satisfaction were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of stigma,length of stay and medical cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early training mode of affected limb in stroke patients with multi-disciplinary team can promote the recovery of upper limb function and improve the ability of daily living activities,which is a beneficial exploration of high-quality rehabilitation nursing services.
