摘  要:针对供配电网电能异常损失问题,从常见的电能损失因素出发,采用事故树分析法对供配电网进行电能异常损失因素分析,建立电能损失因素的事故树模型,依据模型对基本事件进行函数构建,求解出各影响因素的结构重要性系数,并对损失因素风险大小进行排序,结果表明,影响供配电网电能异常损失的主要因素可以归结为人为因素、监管稽查因素及设备因素,主要体现为用户是否存在主观窃电行为、稽查队伍的稽查严格度、操作工的技术水平及监测设备测量精度、稳定性,根据结构重要性系数等级提出降低电能异常损失的建议。According to abnormal for power distribution network loss problem,starting from the common power loss factor,accident tree method is used to analyze abnormal for power distribution network loss factor,electric energy loss factors of fault tree model is established,based on the model of basic event function building,to solve the structure importance coefficient of each influence factor,and the risk of loss factor size sorting,The results show that the main factors affecting the abnormal loss of power in the power supply and distribution network can be attributed to human factors,supervision and inspection factors and equipment factors,which are mainly reflected in whether the user has subjective power theft,the inspection team's inspection rigor,the operator's technical level and the measurement accuracy and stability of monitoring equipment.Finally,according to the level of the structural importance coefficient,some suggestions are put forward to reduce the abnormal loss of electric energy,which has a certain guiding significance for the power supervision department to accurately judge the cause of the loss of electric energy and take corresponding preventive measures.
