摘  要:飞行技术专业人才培养质量对于保障民航飞行安全尤为关键。通过分析中国民航业高质量内涵式发展对于飞行技术专业人才综合素质的新需求,在梳理相关规章政策、结合专家意见的基础上,以核心胜任力、心理胜任力和作风胜任力三个主要维度构建飞行技术专业人才胜任力模型。从招飞初检、培养理念、课程体系建设、考核评价标准等视角,对飞行技术专业人才培养模式的实施路径进行探讨,以期为飞行技术专业人才的选拔、培养和管理提供参考。The quality of training professionals in flight technology is particularly critical to ensuring the safety of civil aviation flights. By analyzing the new demands of high-quality connotative development of China’s civil aviation industry for the comprehensive quality of flight technology professionals, and on the basis of sorting out relevant rules and policies and combining expert opinions, this paper constructs the competency model of flight technology professionals from the three main dimensions of core competency, psychological competency and style competency. This paper discusses the implementation path of the training mode of flight technology professionals based on the competency model from the perspectives of initial physical examination for recruiting pilots, training concept, curriculum system construction, assessment and evaluation standards, so as to provide some reference for the selection, training and management of flight technology professionals.
