摘 要:独立于轮轨黏着的磁轨制动已广泛应用于有轨电车及部分高速动车组的紧急制动,其励磁线圈属发热元件,为保证设备安全必须选择具备足够耐热等级的导线。文中介绍了磁轨制动器的工作原理及结构,分析了线圈电阻、温升、功率的计算方法,并针对2种极端工况进行了线圈温度、功率、电阻、电流的计算,结果表明线圈最高温度约170℃,选用H级(180℃)的导线可以满足设计要求。The magnetic rail brake, which is independent of wheel rail adhesion, has been widely used in the emergency braking of trams and some High-speed EMUs. The excitation coil is a heating element, in order to ensure the safety of the equipment, it is necessary to select the conductor with enough heat-resistance-grade. The working principle and structure of the magnetic rail brake are introduced in this paper, as well as the calculation methods of coil resistance, temperature rise and power. The coil temperature, power, resistance and current are calculated under two extreme conditions, using the method above. The calculation results show that the maximum temperature of the coil is about 170 ℃, so the H-class(180 ℃) conductor can meet the design requirements.
