摘  要:与传统轨道交通制式相比,悬挂式空轨车辆与轨道梁之间的轮轨关系不尽相同,该新型轨道交通制式的特殊性,使得对车辆及其子系统轻量化、集成化设计安装要求更为严苛。按传统理念设计,空调系统很难完全满足车辆需求。因此,针对悬挂式空轨车辆的特点,结合空调系统功能需求,设计研发了一套高集成度、轻量化的空调系统,该空调系统设备均优于车辆给出的轻量化设计指标,其控制方案满足车厢环境调节功能控制和车辆紧急安全设计要求,并能有效控制降低悬挂式空轨车辆运行对站台的噪声污染等问题。Compared with the traditional rail transit system, the wheel-rail relationship between the suspension monorail vehicle and the rail beam is different. The particularity of the new rail transit system makes the lightweight, integrated design and installation requirements for the vehicle and its subsystems more strict, according to the traditional concept of design, the air conditioning is difficult to fully meet the performance requirements of the vehicle. Therefore, in view of the characteristics of the suspension monorail vehicle, combined with the functional requirements of the air conditioning, a set of highly integrated, lightweight air conditioning has been designed and developed, which is better than the lightweight design indicators given by the vehicle. The control plan meets the requirements of the carriage environment adjustment function control and the emergency safety design requirements of the vehicle, and effectively controls to reduce the noise pollution of the platform by the operation of the suspension monorail vehicle.
