摘 要:广西某高速公路水泥混凝土路面改造工程经路面技术状况检测具备复合式路面结构改造的技术条件。沥青与沥青混合料的室内试验结果表明,SBS+PU复合改性沥青的粘弹性、抗裂性和疲劳寿命均优于单一的SBS改性沥青、PU改性沥青以及TPS高粘改性沥青。提出了基于SBS+PU复合改性的4cmSMA-13磨耗层+2cmAC-10C应力吸收层+水泥混凝土基层的复合式路面结构改造方案,经路面结构验算满足设计要求。路面工程质量检测结果表明,各项指标均满足规范和设计要求,并结合对重庆、广西等地多条高速公路相同罩面方案近三年的跟踪调查,未发现明显的疲劳和反射裂缝现象。The cement concrete pavement reconstruction project of a highway in Guangxi has the technical conditions for the reconstruction of the composite pavement structure after the technical condition of the pavement. The indoor test results of asphalt and asphalt mixture have shown that the viscoelasticity, crack resistance and fatigue life of SBS+PU composite modified asphalt are better than single SBS modified asphalt, PU modified asphalt and TPS high viscosity modified asphalt. A composite pavement structure reconstruction scheme based on SBS+PU composite modification of 4 cm SMA-13 wear layer + 2 cm AC-10 C stress absorption layer + cement concrete base has been proposed, and the pavement structure check calculation could meet the design requirements. The quality inspection of the surface layer project has shown that all the indicators meet the current specifications and design requirements, and being combined with the follow-up investigation of the same surface covering scheme of many expressways in Chongqing, Guangxi and other places for the past three years, there is no obvious signs of fatigue and reflection cracks.
