摘  要:现有的锚杆钻车不能在锚杆支护的同时进行掘进作业,严重制约了煤矿采掘的速度;设计一种单轨悬挂液压锚杆钻车,在煤矿掘进的同时能进行锚杆支护得平行作业。先对锚杆钻车的PLC电气控制系统进行设计,再设计钻车的行走、钻臂液压控制回路。在Amesim软件中对所设计的液压回路进行液压建模仿真,仿真结果表明电液控制系统运行平稳可靠。The existing bolt dril ing truck can not carry out excavation work at the same time with bolt support, which seriously restricts the speed of coal mining. A monorail suspension hydraulic bolt drilling truck is designed, which can carry out bolt support parallel operation while driving in coal mine. Firstly, the PLC electrical control system of the bolt drilling car is designed, and then the hydraulic control loop of the walking and drilling arm is designed.The hydraulic modeling and simulation of the designed hydraulic circuit are carried out in Amesim. The simulation results show that the electro-hydraulic control system runs smoothly and reliably.
