摘　　要：信息技术与计算机科学的深入发展,使得社会与经济发展得到了极大的促进。现如今计算机技术已经深入到了各个领域,正在以降低人力成本、提升工作质量和效率为目标,为行业快速发展做出自己的贡献。自动化办公作为目前应用最广的计算技术方案,已经显著改善了综合办公的模式,对于企业或团体内部工作效率和准确度做出了极大提升,显著降低了企业综合运营成本,广泛受到了企业或团体领导者以及基础工作人员的欢迎。该文就将从计算机软件在办公自动化中的应用入手,探讨如何有效借助信息系统及软件,提升办公效能。With the in-depth development of information technology and computer science, social and economic development has been greatly promoted. Nowadays, computer technology has penetrated into various fields,and is making its own contribution to the rapid development of the industry with the goal of reducing labor costs and improving work quality and efficiency. As the most widely used computing technology scheme at present,office automation has significantly improved the comprehensive office mode, greatly improved the internal work efficiency and accuracy of enterprises or groups, significantly reduced the comprehensive operation cost of enterprises, and has been widely welcomed by enterprise or group leaders and basic staff. Starting with the application of computer software in office automation, this paper discusses how to effectively use information system and software to improve office efficiency.
