脉冲染料激光在皮肤科的临床拓展应用

摘　　要：脉冲染料激光从80年代开始应用于皮肤科,最初是针对毛细血管畸形而设计,目前在皮肤科已得到非常广泛的应用。除了典型血管病变如鲜红斑痣、血管瘤、毛细血管扩张、蜘蛛痣之外,脉冲染料激光对寻常痤疮、皮肤蠕形螨、瘢痕、膨胀纹、疣、传染性软疣、银屑病、基底细胞癌、皮肤狼疮和其他皮肤病等治疗方面也有一定的临床疗效。Pulsed dye laser(PDL) is a kind of laser that emits light from a rhodamine dye solutio n,was initially introduced in the 1980s for vascular malformations and now has a wide range of uses in dermatology.PDL can be used to treat typical vascular lesions including port wine stain,hemangioma,telangiectasia and spider angioma.Furthermore,PDL is also effective for acne vulgaris,scars,striae,warts,molluscum,psoriasis,rejuvenation,basal cell carcinoma and miscellaneous dermatological sequelae.
