透明细胞丘疹病二例  

Two cases of clear cell papulosis

摘　　要：2例2岁女性患儿,下腹部及双侧腹股沟点状白斑1年。皮损组织病理均显示表皮基底层可见透明细胞,细胞未见异形性,体积较正常角质形成细胞大,胞质淡染。免疫组化染色显示透明细胞表达CK7、EMA及CEA,Masson-Fontana染色显示表皮基底层色素减少。诊断:透明细胞丘疹病。Both patients were 2-year-old female which presented with white macules on the lower abdomen and bilateral groin for 1-year.Histopathological examination showed that clear cells without cytologic atypia are scattered among basal keratinocytes.The clear cells were larger than neighboring keratinocytes and had light cytoplasmic staining.Immunohistochemical studies revealed that the clear cells were positive for CK7,EMA and CEA.Masson-Fontana stain showed the pigmentation was decreased on the epidermal basal layer.Diagnosis:clear cell papulosis.
