摘　　要：本文建立了黄瓜中双炔酰菌胺残留量的分散固相萃取高效液相色谱快速检测法。样品采用乙腈提取,提取液经分散固相萃取净化,高效液相色谱检测,外标法定量。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差为0.65%~4.80%,检出限为0.01 mg·kg^(-1),平均回收率为82.5%~94.5%。该方法的准确度和精密度高,线性关系良好,具有简便、快速、准确及分离效果好的优点。In this paper,a rapid detection method of dispersive solid-phase extraction high performance liquid chromatography for the residues of mandipropamid in cucumber was established.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and the extract was purified by dispersive solid-phase extraction,detected by high performance liquid chromatography,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the analytical method was 0.9999,the relative standard deviation was 0.65%~4.80%,the detection limit was 0.01 mg·kg^(-1),and the average recovery was 82.5%~94.5%.The method has high accuracy and precision,good linear relationship,and has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity,accuracy and good separation effect.
