摘  要:在轧制温度280℃时对AZ31镁合金薄板分别进行单向轧制和交叉非对称轧制,并在室温和高温200℃对薄板进行拉伸实验,对其显微组织、力学性能、拉深性能进行检测。结果表明:采用交叉非对称轧制且横轧压下率为50%时,晶粒细化和均匀程度效果显著,200℃时测定的拉深性能表现最佳。The AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet were subject to unidirectional rolling and cross-asymmetric rolling respectively at the roll temperature of 280℃. Deep drawing experiments of the sheets were carried out at room temperature and 200℃ respectively, and then the microstructure, mechanical properties and deep drawing properties were tested. The results show that when cross asymmetric rolling is used and cross rolling reduction rate is 50%, the effect of grain refinement and uniformity is significant, and the deep drawing forming properties measured at 200℃ is the best.
