摘 要:传统的铣削、焊接、铸造等制造方法难以实现端面带筋环件的高性能、高效率制造。本文提出了一种端面带筋环件的局部辗压成形新方法,对芯辊的进给路径进行精确规划,同时利用约束模限制毛坯金属周向流动,使得金属只能轴向流动成形出环件端面高筋结构。利用Abaqus有限元模拟软件建立了端面带筋环件局部辗压成形有限元模型,分析了其成形过程,并探究了成形过程中等效应变、等效应力、高筋填充、成形载荷等演变规律。Traditional milling, welding, casting and other manufacturing methods are difficult to achieve high performance and high efficiency manufacturing of ring parts with end face ribs. A new local rolling forming method for manufacturing rings with end face ribs was proposed. The feeding path of the core roller is accurately planned, and the circumferential flow of the blank metal is limited by the constraint die, which makes the metal flow only axially to form the high rib structure of the ring end face. By using Abaqus finite element simulation software, the finite element model of local rolling forming of ring with end face ribs was established, and its forming process was analyzed. The evolution law of equivalent strain, equivalent stress, high ribs’ filling and forming load in forming process were explored.
