摘 要:在热模拟机上进行了大变形后冷却速度和终冷温度对EH47钢板显微组织影响的热模拟试验。通过OM和TEM观察了试验钢的显微组织。结果表明,钢板组织主要由针状铁素体和贝氏体以及少量的粒状铁素体组成。随冷却速度和终冷温度增加,贝氏体增加。当终冷温度为650℃时,试验钢组织中板条贝氏体含量较多,针状铁素体较少,板条束更加细小密集;变形后冷却速度增大,组织中针状铁素体和贝氏体的混合组织分布得更加均匀,变形后的晶粒尺寸也更细小,在晶界间有少量的析出物;当冷却速度为10℃/s时,通过TEM可以观察到钢板中明显的M/A岛以及孪晶组织。The thermal simulation experiment of the influence of the cooling rate and the final cooling temperature after the large deformation on the microstructure of EH47 steel plate was carried out on a laboratory thermal simulator. The microstructure of the test steel was observed by OM and TEM. The results show that the steel plate microstructure is mainly composed of acicular ferrite,bainite and a small amount of granular ferrite. With the increase of cooling rate and final cooling temperature, the bainite increases. When the final cooling temperature is 650℃, there is more bainite, less acicular ferrite and finer and denser strip bundles in the experimental steel. The larger the cooling rate is, the more uniform the mixed microstructure of acicular ferrite and bainite is, and the smaller the grain size after deformation. There are a small amount of precipitates between grain boundaries. When the cooling rate is 10℃/s, the obvious M/A islands and twin microstructures in the steel plate can be observed by TEM.
