摘　　要：本文在对目前国内粮食行业各种散装粮食卸料方式进行比较和分析的基础上,综合运用有限元软件分析、液压传动及电气控制等技术,完成了移动式液压卸车机的设计,该设计能有效满足粮食行业对散装粮食高效、自动、机动灵活卸料的需求,在现场应用中取得了良好的实用效果。Based on the comparison and analysis on the current domestic food industry in a variety of bulk grain unloading way,using finite element analysis software of hydraulic and electronic control technology,completed the design of mobile hydraulic unloading machine,the design could meet the food industry of bulk grain,high efficiency,automatic flexible discharge requirements and has a good practical effect in field application.
