摘 要:近年来,我国在油脂加工厂、粮库及港口码头的散料连续输送系统中已愈来愈普遍地采用刮板输送机。随着用户的增多及使用范围的扩大,人们对其结构和技术性能提出了更高的要求。因此本文采用Inventor进行整体三维建模,研究头尾轮、中间段以及机头的结构特点,并对刮板机结构进行改进和优化,从而推进我国埋刮板输送机技术整体研发水平和加工制造能力的提高。In recent years,scraper conveyors have been more and more widely used in the continuous bulk conveying systems of oil processing plants,grain depots and ports in China.With the increase of users and the expansion of the scope of use,higher requirements are put forward for its structure and technical performance.Therefore,this paper adopts Inventor to conduct overall 3D modeling to study the structural characteristics of the head and tail wheels,intermediate segment and nose,The scraper structure is improved and optimized,so as to promote the improvement of the overall research and development level and manufacturing capacity of buried scraper conveyor technology in China.
