西瓜翠衣的营养保健成分及药用价值研究进展

摘　　要：我国是西瓜生产、消费大国,且每年有约占年消费西瓜总量1/3的西瓜皮被浪费,如何充分利用这些资源,使其实现高值化利用,已成为社会关注的热点问题。而在许多史书中都有记载,西瓜翠衣性凉,具有清热消炎、利尿降糖等作用。本文对西瓜翠衣营养保建成分和药用价值进行综述,以期为西瓜翠衣的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。China is a large country of watermelon production and consumption,and about 1/3 of the total watermelon peel is wasted every year.How to make full use of these resources and realize high-value utilization has become a hot issue of social concern.It is recorded in many historical books that watermelon is cool in nature and has the functions of clearing heat,eliminating inflammation,diuresis and hypoglycemic.This paper summarizes the nutritional and protective ingredients and medicinal values of watermelon peel,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth research,development and utilization of watermelon peel.
