摘 要:经济高速发展,使得纸张需求量急剧加大,对造纸企业的生产效率与仓储物流能力提出了更高的要求。现有仓储物流系统存在着空间利用率低、作业效率低等问题,无法满足造纸企业的需求,提出基于大数据分析的造纸企业仓储物流系统设计研究。设计系统硬件单元包括射频识别设备选型单元、温湿度传感器设计单元与仓储物流装载容器设计单元;软件模块包括仓储物流节点设置模块、仓储物流数据整合存储模块及其仓储物流调度优化模块。通过上述硬件单元与软件模块的设计与开发,实现了造纸企业仓储物流系统的运行及其应用。实验结果显示:与对比系统相比较,应用设计系统获得的仓储物流空间利用率更高,作业效率更快,充分证实了设计系统仓储物流性能更优质,适合大力推广与应用。With the rapid development of economy,the demand for paper has increased sharply,which puts forward higher requirements for the production efficiency and storage and logistics capacity of paper enterprises.The existing warehouse logistics system has the problems of low space utilization and low operation efficiency,which can not meet the needs of paper enterprises.This paper puts forward the design and research of warehouse logistics system of paper enterprises based on big data analysis.The hardware unit of the design system includes radio frequency identification equipment selection unit,temperature and humidity sensor design unit and storage logistics loading container design unit.The software module includes warehouse logistics node setting module,warehouse logistics data integration storage module and warehouse logistics scheduling optimization module.Through the design and development of the above hardware units and software modules,the operation and application of warehousing and logistics system in papermaking enterprises are realized.The experimental results show that compared with the comparison system,the storage and logistics space utilization rate obtained by the application design system is higher and the operation efficiency is faster,which fully proves that the storage and logistics performance of the design system is higher and suitable for vigorous promotion and application.
