摘　　要：目的探讨在CT引导下以医用胶、美蓝和泛影葡胺组合注射进行肺部磨玻璃结节(GGO)穿刺定位的临床价值。方法选择2019年6月至2021年3月行CT引导下肺GGO穿刺定位的89例患者,以医用胶、美蓝和泛影葡胺组合注射,观察定位的精准度、可视化和可触及效果。结果89例患者定位点均未进入GGO内部,且在病灶周围1 cm以内;在CT视窗下对比度清晰,在胸腔镜下清晰可见;术后均能触及定位点。患者均未出现严重并发症。结论医用胶、美蓝和泛影葡胺组合注射进行肺GGO的术前定位操作简便、并发症少、费用低廉,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT guided percutaneous localization of pul-monary ground glass nodules(GGO)by combined injection of medical glue,methylene blue and meglumine diatrizoate.Methods From June 2019 to March 2021,89 patients with lung GGO were selected and punctured by combined injection under CT guidance to observe the accuracy,visualization and palpable effect of position-ing.Results The localization points of 89 patients did not enter the GGO and were within 1 cm around the lesions;The contrast was clear under CT window and clearly visible under thoracoscope;All the patients could reach the positioning point after operation.No serious complications occurred.Conclusion The combined injec-tion of medical glue,methylene blue and meglumine diatrizoate for preoperative localization of lung GGO is simple,less complications and low cost,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
