蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合地氯雷他定干混悬剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的变应性鼻炎(AR)是一种非传染性免疫疾病,该病的发病率在全球持续上升,已经构成了严重的健康问题。本研究旨在评估蛤蚧定喘胶囊对变应性鼻炎治疗的临床有效性。方法选取接诊单位就诊的变应性鼻炎患者72例,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组口服蛤蚧定喘胶囊联合地氯雷他定干混悬剂,对照组口服地氯雷他定干混悬剂。分别于治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周后记录鼻腔镜下鼻腔体征、TNSS评分、VAS评分,在停药12周后随访记录TNSS评分、VAS评分,并分析观察疗效。结果对照组和实验组在经过4周治疗后TNSS评分显著降低,而两组之间无明显差异,在停药12周随访时TNSS评分两组均有上升,对照组评分上升幅度大于实验组,有明显差异性。经过4周治疗后,实验组鼻腔黏膜颜色、鼻甲肿胀改善情况优于对照组。两组的VAS评分在第2周都有明显降低,但无明显差异性,治疗4周、停药12周后实验组的VAS评分明显低于对照组。结论蛤蚧定喘胶囊对变应性鼻炎的临床治疗有效,因此蛤蚧定喘胶囊可以作为变应性鼻炎(肺肾亏虚型)的治疗用药。Objective Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a non-communicable immune disease.The incidence of this disease continues to rise globally and has constituted a serious health problem.This study aims to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Gejie Dingchuan Capsules in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated by the receiving unit were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received oral Gejie Dingchuan capsule combined with desloratadine dry suspension,and the control group received oral desloratadine dry suspension.The nasal signs,TNSS score,and VAS score under nasoscope were recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.TNSS score and VAS score were followed up 12 weeks after drug withdrawal,and the efficacy was analyzed and observed.Results The TNSS score of the control group and the experimental group decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The TNSS score of both groups increased at the 12-week follow-up of drug withdrawal,and the score of the control group increased more than the experimental group.Obvious differences.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of the color of nasal mucosa and turbinate swelling in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced in the second week,but there was no significant difference.The VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks of discontinuation.Conclusions Gecko Dingchuan Capsule is effective in the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis,so Gecko Dingchuan Capsule can be used as a treatment for allergic rhinitis (deficiency of lung and kidney).
