两种术式治疗鼻泪管阻塞的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的评估鼻泪管阻塞患者实施两种术式治疗的效果对比。方法对54例本医院实施治疗的鼻泪管阻塞予以项目研究,选于2019年7月至2020年7月,分组方法是随机数字表法,对患者分成实验组与参照组,一组归入27例。参照组应用外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术、实验组应用泪道疏通与人工鼻泪管置入术联合治疗,分析两组方案的手术效果及术后并发症情况。结果 (1)实验组的鼻泪管阻塞患者经由手术后(88.89%),与参照组的患者手术后进行对比(92.59%),其手术效果具有一致性,P>0.05说明其差异相对较低。(2)实验组的鼻泪管阻塞患者经由手术后(7.41%),与参照组的患者手术后进行对比(33.33%),其术后水肿、粘膜出血、泪囊疼痛、泪小点撕裂等并发症发生率较低,P<0.05说明其差异相对较高。结论鼻泪管阻塞患者行外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术、泪道疏通与人工鼻泪管置入术联合治疗均能够起到改善临床症状的作用,但泪道疏通与人工鼻泪管置入术联合治疗对于患者的创伤较小,术后并发症发生率较低。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of two surgical methods in patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Methods A total of 54 patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction treated in our hospital were selected from July 2019 to July 2020.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method.One group was divided into 27 cases.External dacryocystis nasal anastomosis was used in the reference group,and combined treatment with lacrimal duct drainage and artificial nasolacrimal duct implantation was used in the experimental group.The surgical effect and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results (1) Patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction in the experimental group after surgery (88.89%) were compared with patients in the reference group after surgery (92.59%),the surgical effect was consistent,P>0.05 indicated that the difference was relatively low.(2) Patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction in the experimental group after surgery (7.41%),compared with patients in the reference group after surgery (33.33%),the incidence of postoperative complications such as edema,mucosal bleeding,dacryocyst pain,lacrimal puncture and other complications was relatively low,P<0.05 indicated that the difference was relatively high.Conclusion x nasolacrimal duct obstruction in patients with lacrimal sac nasal nasolacrimal duct anastomosis,dredge and artificial nasolacrimal duct surgery combined treatment can improve the clinical symptoms,but the lacrimal passage with artificial nasolacrimal duct surgery combined therapy for patients with less trauma,lower incidence of postoperative complications.
