摘　　要：目的探讨鼻整形术后感染致鼻组织缺损患者采用皮瓣移植技术的价值。方法纳入52例鼻组织缺损患者研究(2020年1月~2020年12月),按双盲法分为对照组(n=26,选用全厚皮片游离移植法修复治疗)、观察组(n=26,选用鼻背鼻瓣修复术治疗),统计两组修复效果、恢复满意度。结果 (1)修复效果:观察组色泽、轮廓、质地、功能评分高于对照组,经检验P<0.05。(2)修复满意度:观察组(96.15%)高于对照组(73.08%),经检验P<0.05。结论鼻背鼻瓣修复术在鼻整形术后感染致鼻组织缺损患者治疗中效果确切,可提高其修复效果及恢复满意度,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the value of skin flap transplantation in patients with nasal tissue defects caused by infection after rhinoplasty.Methods A study of 52 patients with nasal tissue defects (January 2020 to December 2020) was enrolled,and they were divided into a control group (n=26,full-thickness skin graft free transplantation treatment) and an observation group (n=26,choose nasal dorsal nasal valve repair surgery),the repair effect and recovery satisfaction of the two groups were counted.Results (1) Repair effect:The color,contour,texture,and function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05 after testing.(2) Satisfaction with repair:the observation group (96.15%) is higher than the control group (73.08%),P<0.05 after inspection.Conclusion The repair of the dorsal nasal valve is effective in the treatment of patients with nasal tissue defects caused by infection after rhinoplasty.It can improve the repair effect and recovery satisfaction,which is worth learning.
