生理性海水辅助治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床护理及效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对小儿过敏性鼻炎(AR)实施生理性海水洗鼻治疗期间,行合理护理干预的方法及应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年3月收治的50例AR患儿并且随机分成实验组与对照组每组各25例,两组患儿均接受生理性海水洗鼻治疗,对照组的患儿给予常规护理,而实验组的患儿则是实施个性化综合护理,观察各组护理效果。结果实验组患儿在流涕、鼻塞、打鼾、打喷嚏各症状缓解时间上均是显著短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿96.00%的总有效率明显高于对照组76.00%的总有效率(P<0.05)。结论应用生理性海水洗鼻治疗小儿AR期间,实施个性化综合护理可取得满意效果,促进患儿症状缓解及提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the methods and application effects of reasonable nursing intervention during the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis (AR) with physiological seawater nasal washing.Methods 50 children with AR who were admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 25 cases in each group.Both groups received physiological seawater nasal washing treatment.Patients in the control group Children in the experimental group were given routine nursing care,while the children in the experimental group were given individualized comprehensive nursing care to observe the effect of each group.Results The time to relieve symptoms of runny nose,nasal congestion,snoring and sneezing in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05);the total effective rate of 96.00% of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.00 % Total effective rate (P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of pediatric AR with physiological seawater nasal washing,the implementation of personalized comprehensive care can achieve satisfactory results,promote the relief of children’s symptoms and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
