碳酸氢钠联合特比萘芬片治疗真菌性外耳道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨碳酸氢钠联合特比萘芬片在真菌性外耳道炎的疗效观察。方法取我院2018年1月至2019年12月的门诊病例106,取外耳道分泌物行真菌涂片+药敏鉴定,首先用3%双氧水将外耳道分泌物冲洗干净,5%碳酸氢钠 8-10滴滴耳 3/日,口服盐酸特比萘芬片 2片 1/日,疗程1-2周。结果治疗3天后复诊,90%流脓止,鼓膜充血肿胀明显减轻,未发现不良反应发生。结果碳酸氢钠联合特比萘芬片治疗真菌性外耳道炎治疗3天,显效40例(37.74%),有效54例(50.94%),无效12例(11.32%);治疗7天,显效72例(67.92%),有效33例(33.02%),无效1例(0.94%)。结论碳酸氢钠联合特比萘芬片治疗真菌性外耳道炎效果显著,疗效确切,疗程短,安全性可靠,无一例发生不良反应。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sodium bicarbonate combined with terbinafine tablets in fungal otitis externa.Methods Take the outpatient 106 of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,take the external auditory canal secretion for fungal smear + drug susceptibility identification,first rinse the external auditory canal secretion with 3% hydrogen peroxide,5% sodium bicarbonate 8-10 drops of ear drops per day,oral terbinafine hydrochloride tablets 2 tablets per day,treatment for 1-2 weeks.Results After 3 days of treatment,he returned to the clinic,90% of the pus was stopped,the tympanic membrane congestion and swelling was significantly reduced,and no adverse reactions were found.Results Treatment of fungal otitis externa with sodium bicarbonate combined with terbinafine tablets for 3 days,markedly effective in 40 cases (37.74%),effective in 54 cases (50.94%),ineffective in 12 cases (11.32%);treatment for 7 days,markedly effective in 72 cases (67.92%),33 cases were effective (33.02%),and 1 case was ineffective (0.94%).Conclusion Sodium bicarbonate combined with terbinafine tablets is effective in the treatment of fungal otitis externa,with definite curative effect,short course of treatment,reliable safety,and no adverse reactions occurred.
