摘　　要：目的探讨医护患共同决策护理模式对腮腺囊肿围术期患者心理应激反应及信息接收程度的影响。方法抽取2018年5月~2021年5月收治的80例腮腺囊肿患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)及对照组(n=40),对照组行常规围术期护理,观察组在此基础上行医护患共同决策护理模式,对两组干预结果进行比较。结果干预前,两组SAS、SDS评分差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,观察组各评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组信息接收程度各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论医护患共同决策护理模式在腮腺囊肿围术期中应用价值较高,可减轻患者心理应激反应,提高信息接收程度,值得应用。Objective To explore the influence of the joint decision-making nursing model of doctors,nurses and patients on the psychological stress response and information reception of patients with parotid cyst during the perioperative period.Methods A sample of 80 patients with parotid cysts admitted from May 2018 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40).The control group underwent routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group followed the joint decision-making nursing model of doctors,nurses and patients on this basis.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);The scores of all dimensions of the information reception degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The joint decision-making nursing model of doctors,nurses and patients has high application value in the perioperative period of parotid cyst,which can reduce the psychological stress response of patients and improve the degree of information reception,and it is worth applying.
