摘　　要：目的 分析综合护理(MN)干预对皮下免疫注射(SI)治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)患者的效果。方法 选取在我院2020年7月-2021年3月就诊并治疗的AR患者48例,采取随机数字表将其分为研究组(24例,MN干预)和对照组(24例,常规护理),比较其护理效果。结果 护理前两组患者评分无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组相比,研究组ESCA、RQLQ、SDRS评分与临床治疗有效率、护理满意度更高,临床症状积分更低,结果差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AR患者在治疗期间接受MN干预,不仅可提升其生活质量、自护能力和睡眠质量,还可有效改善临床症状,强化临床治疗效果,进而改善对患者的医疗服务评价,社会效益巨大,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing (MN) intervention on subcutaneous immunization (SI) in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis (AR).Methods A total of 48 patients with AR who were treated and treated in our hospital from July 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into study group (24 cases,MN intervention) and control group (24 cases,routine nursing) by a random number table,and their nursing effects were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups (P BBB 0 0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of ESCA,RQLQ and SDRS in the research group were higher,as well as the clinical treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction,and the clinical symptom scores were lower,with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion MN intervention during the treatment of AR patients can not only improve their quality of life,self-care ability and sleep quality,but also effectively improve the clinical symptoms,strengthen the clinical treatment effect,and improve the evaluation of medical services for patients.The social benefits are huge and worthy of promotion.
